Refund policy
We have a 30-day return window. That means you have 30 days after the day you receive the order to request a return.
What we take back
To be eligible, the item must be unused, with tags, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. You will need the order confirmation or other proof of purchase.
Worn, washed, or dirtied towels are not unused. We cannot resell a golf towel that has already been on a course.
Custom-logo / personalized wholesale orders are not returnable unless we shipped the wrong item or the item arrived damaged.
Opened sponge packs: if the sponges are unused and complete, contact us and we will tell you whether we can take that pack back. If a sponge has been wetted or used, it is not returnable.
How to start a return
Email dugwilson1974@gmail.com with your order number and what you want to return. Wait for our reply before you ship anything. Items mailed back without a request may not be accepted.
If we approve the return, we will tell you how to send the package. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless we shipped the wrong item or the item arrived damaged.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item
Inspect the order when it arrives. If something is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us right away with photos and the order number so we can replace it or refund it.
Refunds
When we receive the return, we inspect it and email you. If it is approved, we refund the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved the refund and you do not see it, email dugwilson1974@gmail.com.
Exchanges
The fastest path is: return the item you have, then place a new order for the color or product you want once that return is accepted.
Sale items and gift cards
Promotional or final-sale items and gift cards are not returnable, unless the item arrived damaged or we shipped the wrong thing.
EU 14-day note
If we ship merchandise into the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel or return for any reason, in unused condition with tags and original packaging, with proof of purchase. Email us before you ship it back. (We do not currently promise EU delivery on every order — ask first.)
