Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States. If you need a shipment outside the U.S., email us first at dugwilson1974@gmail.com — we will tell you whether we can send it and what it will cost before you pay.

How shipping is charged

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

We do not publish a single flat dollar rate here because it depends on where the order is going. The checkout total is the amount you pay.

U.S. orders of $49 or more ship free. Orders under that amount are charged the rate shown at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are packed in Victoria, Texas. We aim to get U.S. orders to the carrier within a few business days. Carrier transit time is not guaranteed. You will receive tracking when the label is created.

Lost or damaged in transit

If a package arrives damaged, or tracking shows it delivered and you do not have it, email dugwilson1974@gmail.com with your order number and photos if the box is damaged. We will work with the carrier and make it right on confirmed losses and shipping damage.

Wholesale / bulk

Wholesale and tournament orders may ship by a different method. See the wholesale page or email us with the quantity and zip code.
